How does your process work?

Once we solidify a base quote, I'll schedule your design date based on when you want your invitations sent out and your wedding date for Day of Stationery. You'll receive a 30% deposit invoice and access to your custom digital wedding stationery workspace where all the magic happens.

Can I print myself?

No, I handle all printing to ensure the highest quality. I use premium paper and printing techniques at competitive prices. If you're not based in Australia, I'm happy to send you ready-to-print PDF files.

Can I include my own illustrations or pre-purchased design elements?

No, my work is bespoke for a reason. I do not use other people’s illustrations, art, or design work to create invitations.

Can we add finer details as we go?

Yes, my initial quote is flexible. We can add extra invites, finer details, and different printing techniques during the design process.

Do your draft rounds include everything at once?

No, I split deliverables into their own design process to ensure no details are overlooked. For example, Save the Dates get their own 3-draft design process, as do the main invitation suite and Day of Stationery. I schedule these design deliverables according to when you need them.

If we book invitations now, can we work on the rest of the Day of Stationery later, once the design concept is finalised?

Yes, definitely. Invitations and Day of Stationery have separate design rounds and dates. If you prefer to book Day of Stationery later, just let me know, and I can reserve your design spot on my calendar with a 30% deposit fee.

What is the typical turnaround time for bespoke stationery?

The turnaround time typically ranges from 4-6 weeks for custom invitations and Day of Stationery, depending on the complexity of the design and your approval speed. We will discuss your timeline during our initial consultation to ensure all dates are met.

What is the typical turnaround time for bespoke stationery?

Yes, I offer assembly services to ensure your invitations are beautifully packaged and ready to send. This includes tasks like envelope stuffing, sealing, and adding any embellishments. Currently included in my bespoke fee.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. The 30% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Once work is sent to print there are no returns or refunds.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer international shipping for printed stationery. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and included in your final quote.

Can I use the illustrations to make my own wedding website?

Yes! I am more than happy to share the illustrations we create for your invitations as digital PNG files for your website ONLY. It is strictly prohibited to print these pieces without the purchase of a personal license. I am more than happy to get any bespoke illustration re-printed / design onto any other stationery goods.
