Everything You Need to Know

A gentle overview of how each piece is designed, ordered, and delivered, from first selection to final send-off.

THE DUET

  • The Duet is a semi-custom collection. It includes a bespoke creature motif illustration created especially for each couple, within a refined, pre-designed layout. Typography, layout, and border treatments are fixed and cannot be altered.

  • Wording within the existing layout is customisable, along with:

    • Your choice of creature pairing

    • Envelope and liner colourway (choice of three)

    All other design elements remain consistent to preserve the integrity of the collection.

  • No design revision or draft rounds are included.
    1 x Digital proofs are provided for final approval prior to printing. This is to check all envelope addressing and wording is correct and accounted for.

  • No. The Duet is a print-only, limited-edition collection.
    Digital invitation files are not supplied.

  • Yes. Once proofs are approved, your bespoke creature motif will be supplied as a digital file for personal wedding use.
    The illustration may not be resold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes.

    • Australia: approximately 4 to 6 weeks from order to delivery

    • UK, Europe & United States: approximately 6 to 8 weeks from order to delivery

    Please note: all timelines are dependent on envelope addressing being received following order placement, and final proofs being approved by the couple.

  • Your invitations arrive fully assembled — including envelope liners and inserts.
    All you’ll need to do is:

    • Seal the envelopes (glue tape is provided)

    • Add postage

    • Mail to guests

    We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
    All orders are dispatched via DHL Express Worldwide and include full tracking. While we take every care in packaging, Tamborine Press cannot be held responsible for delays or loss once parcels are in transit.

  • Invitations are produced at standard mailing size and typically require one standard stamp for domestic mailing.

  • Once your order is placed, Sarah will contact you within 2 business days to collect your envelope addresses. Please have ready a Excel spreadsheet of envelope addresses.
    Proofs cannot be issued until this has been received.

    The spreadsheet should include:

    • Column 1: Addressed names

    • Column 2: Full mailing addresses, formatted correctly for the destination country

  • As The Duet is a made-to-order product, no refunds or cancellations are available once your order has been placed.

  • The Duet is limited to 20 print editions only.
    Once all editions are claimed, the collection will be retired.

  • Yes. All applicable taxes and duties for international orders are fully covered.
    There are no additional charges due on delivery for UK, Europe, or United States orders.

II PIZZO

  • Il Pizzo is a semi-custom digital Save the Date design featuring Tamborine Press’ signature ink illustration style. Designed to be felt even on screen, it pairs layered detail with elegant composition for a refined digital send.

  • Il Pizzo is Italian for lace — a nod to delicacy, intricacy, and timeless romance.

  • You will receive a finished, personalised digital file, ready to upload and send digitally. No editable files are supplied.


    You will also receive your chosen ink-illustration motif, personalised with your initials, as a separate PNG file for personal re-use.

  • Your file is designed for seamless digital sending. You may upload and send it via Paperless Post, email, or private messaging.

  • Il Pizzo is intended for digital use only. Printing is not recommended and is not supported due to resolution and design intent.

  • After purchase, you’ll be prompted to provide your names and event details. A proof will be supplied for approval prior to final digital delivery.

  • Between three to ten business days.

  • The illustration is licensed for personal, wedding-related use only. It may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

  • Yes. Il Pizzo is released in limited colourways and may be retired without notice once the collection closes.
